Silver, found object (also silver, for the most part)

A commission piece, to go with the Rough Ring and based on the designs of both that piece and Alga Necklace. This is bigger and more ...solid, palpable. The found object is the earth-like bead hanging from the not-quite middle, I suspect it was a part of a piercing jewellery. The customer found it herself when on her way to pick up the Rough Ring, and had the feeling that it should be made into something new.

There's a functioning joint between the two main swirls, and a clasp in the back so that the length of the necklace can be adjusted. The smaller swirls are narrow but thick, whereas the large swirls are more plane-like but wider. I wanted them to form a nice juxtaposition of thicknesses.

The first model-involved photo shoot I've done in ages. I need to figure out the lighting further, and get a better backdrop. Had to photoshop a little here.
